Hey, I started this blog to have some place to bytch, so I’m gonna! My first rant: what’s with celeb moms and their stalkers these days?

First I read that Niclole Richie was told to quit breastfeeding her baby because she is losing weight too fast. Nevermind the fact that W.H.O. recommends moms who have enough milk continue non-exclusive breastfeeding for as long as two years. Sure, if the mother’s health is at risk, that is the right, or should I say, only decision to make. But doesn’t she have a history of being anorexic? Because the cynic in me says that it’s not just breastfeeding that makes her lose weight so rapidly. May I be wrong.

Then I went to another blog to see that everyone’s favourite, Angelina Jolie, was just told to gain weight for her next role. WTF? Since when do just-given-birth-to-twins moms need an advice to shape up? And why the eff doesn’t she tell these people to put their scripts where the sun don’t shine? It’s not like she really needs the money. It’s not like the masses are no longer interested and she needs to keep her name out there. It’s not like she goes home to an empty flat and needs to work to keep her mind from the cold bed and empty kids’ room. It’s not like ‘The Thomas Crown Affair 2′ sounds like a good movie.

*sigh* I just don’t get it. If I could get a guy like Brad Pitt knock me up and could allow staying at home and marvel at the child’s beauty all day long, I know I would.

Finally, a mom I really love and respect. Halle Berry is sweet and smart. And judging from those pictures, probably breastfeeding. I love it how she refused to sell her kid for another tabloid cover. Way to go, Halle! Kudos from a very jaded non-celeb mom.
